Volunteers will meet just inside Sequoia National Park at the Foothills Visitor Center (one mile from the park entrance along 198) in Three Rivers, CA, at 8:30 a.m. and conclude their service at noon. A thank-you event will then be held at Lake Kaweah with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers afterward. The festivities will include free tacos, music, and other activities. Volunteers can additionally camp for free that night at the Wolverton Service Camp near the Giant Forest (RSVP by September 21).
