Sierra Rec Magazine – February 5, 2019 – Lake Tahoe – 117″!!!! Let that sink in for just a moment. Then check your resort location before heading out with excitement because many of the resorts are closed or delayed as they try to dig out or even get to their resort today to begin the process.
This last Sierra Storm delivered in big ways all across the Sierra. June Mountain registers 130″ at the top of the mountain to lead the pack. So with 5-10 feet fresh of snow on your favorite resort, ski season is truly snorkel ready it would seem. With another storm only days out t\resorts will race to get skiers on the slopes for a few fresh tracks.
