Get ready to test your balance and bravery as you skim across a spring pond at Kirkwood. Whether you’re a seasoned pond skimmer or a first-timer, this lighthearted competition is all about embracing the end of the season and celebrating spring with a splash.
Registration & Event Details
Registration takes place on the morning of the event, Saturday, April 13th, starting at 8:30 am in The Village at Kirkwood. Participants will receive a starting number and compete in heats. A meeting for all participants will be held at 11:50 am, followed by the main event kicking off at noon and lasting until 3:00 pm.
Prizes Awarded & Retro Flair Encouraged
There will be prizes awarded for the winners in various categories, but the ultimate glory goes to the Most Beloved Slush Conquistador. So come dressed to impress in your most bodacious retro ski gear – think neon, headbands, and anything else that screams “throwback”!
