Highway 88 Recreation Update: Day-Use Facilities Are Open
Alpine County CA – EID has opened its day-use and boat launch facilities at Caples and Silver lakes. Silver Lake West Campground remains closed.
Day-Use Fees:
- Boat Launch $10.00
- Picnic/General Parking $5.00
Be sure to check road and weather conditions before traveling. As a reminder, there is no cell service and limited food and gas services.
