Eastern Sierra Color Is Starting To Show
Mammoth Ca, Sept 1. 2016 – Reports out of the Eastern Sierra for this Labor Day Weekend are reporting that fall color is just starting at various spots around the Eastern Sierra. Â Fall Color Hikes in the Sierra are one of our favorite times of the year here at Sierra REC. The Mammoth Area, of course, is well known for its amazing skiing and great summer adventure, but as the crowds disperse after this Labor Day weekend blitz of tourist traffic, the slower pace in mammoth opens up to a great opportunity for a fall visit and great color hikes.
