Gear We Use

Lets face it everyone has their favorites and their own style to camping and getting outdoors.  I grew up with my parents providing the big Blue Box of camping gear that came out ever spring and we re-used year after year as we camped all summer long where my dad worked in the Cascades. Then as we grew up and dada spent the summer in the California redwoods near Willets California we moved into a combo camp of travel trailer and Canvas tent campouts. Still one of the most common questions we get at Sierra Rec is what gear do you use or recommend in all types of categories.  So this list of gear is a sampling of our staple type items we have on all campouts in the Sierra.
