Set in Nevada’s oldest pioneer settlement at the base of the Carson Range, Genoa welcomes visitors for a three-day heritage celebration featuring toe-tapping Western music, authentic art, historical reenactments, and a whole town’s worth of family-friendly fun. Whether you arrive with boots, bike, or horse trailer in tow, this is the weekend to immerse yourself in the West’s enduring legacy—and explore one of the Sierra’s most charming communities while you’re at it.

Each evening, Genoa Town Hall transforms into a Western stage with ticketed concerts featuring nationally acclaimed performers:

This free festival spills across Genoa’s historic downtown with live music, cowboy poetry, children’s activities, and Western artisans lining the streets. Don’t miss:

🍴 Progressive Dinner (4:30–6:30 p.m.)
Explore Genoa’s finest flavors with a rotating dinner experience through local restaurants. Wristbands and passports ($40) can be picked up from the town gazebo between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Pair your festival weekend with an early-season Sierra adventure:
