May 4, 2021 – We love this time of year. It is like Christmas Morning for trail hikers each day.

Today Mono county posted this great tweet. Leavitt Meadow trail is snow free all the way back to Roosevelt and Lane lakes. And the hwy access is open till the trailhead.

Leavit Meadows Trailhead is snow free to Secret, Poore, Rosevelt and Lane lakes! 🚧 Sonora Pass Hwy 108 is still currently closed but local traffic is accessible to the trailhead.
